This site plan shows the layout of the permitted scheme for 83 new homes to be known as Elmfield Green, accessed off Dadswell Drive in Billingshurst.
Of these 83 new homes, 29 will be be affordable homes, and there will be a mix of 2 to 5 bedroom properties. The tenure plan below shows locations of both the open market and affordable homes.

There is a large area of open space to the east which includes a play park and balance trail, and this will be for the benefit of new and existing residents alike. We are also committed to enhancing hedgerows at the development and we will also be installing bat and bird boxes, as well as Hazel Dormouse nest boxes.
